Does anyone know of any episodes of the Simpsons has emulated Duke or one of his movies. I like the Simpson and know they like taking the mick out of films and I think it would be funny to see what they do to the Duke.

sorry don't watch the simpsons as it is on when my son is up and i don't want him to watch it so coul'n't say on wheather they have done anything with the duke on.

We're in the same club with smokey, we don't watch the Simpsons. We still have 4 kids and 2 grandkids still runnin' loose around the house, and don't think it's the most appropriate for little tykes.

We have an older son, who watches the Simpsons. We'll ask him if he has noticed any plot lines that involve John Wayne in any way.

I believe there is an episode that has a John Wayne Character in it. I couldn't tell you though what one.
I do know that there were two beer commercials featuring John Wayne. One delt with the charater "Steve" from Trouble Along the Way. It had to do with football. The other on which I have saved, is the one with John Wayne and R. Lee Ermy. It's pretty funny. The charater looked like it was taken off The Longest Day, but it did have a voice over that sounded like Wayne. B)

thanx for trusting me on this one, Robbie - but I'm much to busy watching old westerns instead of the Simpsons! So - nope, can't answer that one. Besides, I have reason enough not to watch the Simpsons. I've been working at a TV station once - and we cancelled the series. Boy, were we wrong! The simpson fans mobilized and almost took over the station! What is it with these cartoon-fans?! Just a funny one to amuse you, Robbie - but still no answer here. :D

Yup! Came across it by accident. Wayne makes a cameo appearance in The Simpsons". It's in one of the Halloween episodes. The only thing is Wayne sounds more like old man Bush than Wayne. OH well! Thought you wanted to know Robbie. I don't know of any other.
