I am trying to answer a question for my grandfather. Which movies did The Duke get killed in?

This is a common question for new folks on the board, so I have taken the liberty of listing the link below, to a previous thread on this board, that answers the question. It is generally agreed that the Duke died in 8 films, and in one film, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, he was dead from the beginning, but the story is told through flashbacks, so that is not counted among the eight since we don't see him actually die in the movie.
