Nothin' much happening at the Trading Post lately. I'd like to encourage people to post, so here's mine.

"Thunder in the Dust" is a beautiful hardcover book about the making of Westerns. Large format photos on 155 pages. There are a lot of candid photographs, especially from the Sixties: El Dorado, the Stagecoach remake, Cheyenne Autumn, Two Rode Together, Sons of Katie Elder and so on... great action shots of stunt work as well.

The book is like new, I do have a second one, that's why this one can leave now.

A couple of people from this board asked me about the book - but I understand those who have to back out when they hear about shipping from Switzerland. So since this is a TRADING post, and I don't want to make money out of this thing - I'd rather have something new in my Waynian collection.

We're now looking for the Searchers videotape with the docu "The Turning of the Earth" on it. Most people on ebay want to sell to the US only.

So how about that for a trade:
You find me that tape and send it to me - and I send you the book (which is much heavier and cost a lot more than a tape originally).

Any takers? (first come first served, meaning: the first one WILLING to do that trade, I'll reserve the book for him, ok?)
