I didn't know it until I looked it up in my many resources. That is interesting that Paul Fix was credited as a writer for this story. The original story was written by Gordon Ray Young, but Fix and Michael Hogan wrote the screenplay. That was very interesting, and something I've learned today. Good questions.

That is also interesting as well. I knew that, but it was good to be reminded. Just think this might have made The Rifleman a TV series because of what Duke and Canutt developed.
