I am now at long last,able to name
the top 3 'Pals' to work with Duke.
When all the work is included, the lists vary,

What Actor Made More Films With Duke?

Off the top of my head I will guess Ward Bond. I have some others as well but I will wait to see if I am right.

I would have to say Ward Bond...but I'm no expert.

I think it was Paul Fix, but I can't say absolutely.....

Well, I recalled that this question had been asked and answered before, but didn't have the time until this morning to go looking for it. It was a little over 4 years ago!

According to IMDB (using their "Joint Ventures" search), Yakima Canutt has appeared as an actor with Duke more times than Paul Fix has co-starred with him, weighing in at 27 times. I subtracted any posthumous appearances.

Thanks for this excellent and comprehensive answer to the question.

When I listed Yak with 27 joint ventures as an actor, using IMDb's list, I discounted the 1980 and 2000 listings, since they were no longer alive at that time, and I am assuming the "appearances" must have been in the form of clips.

Again, it's good to see you. I guess you can see that your hard work in the Duke Movie forums is being used the way you would like, with folks making comments and discussing the films as they watch them, in the appropriate threads.

She and Duke had tremendous chemistry,no more so than in
