Its me again with an idea :huh:

With all of us passing information on this website, their are some of us, and I am one that is completely computer stupid :blink:

I was able to follow the instructions and put a avatar on my postings. But I am unable to make my personal John Wayne photo an avatar. Yes I read the instructions, But! :unsure:

And as far as putting a link on my postings, forget it. :unsure:

Then theirs the idea of going threw the postings like General Discussions to find the post where someone explains how to do it in simple english :P

But in General Discussions their is 220 topics and 1766 replies as of now :angry: And I am one lost girl trying to find help with looking threw 1766 replies :unsure:

Sure I can click on Help, but then again I'm computer stupid :angry:

This would just be a quick place for us moron's to look for help :rolleyes:

If you need any help, let me know and I will do what I can. If you are trying to put a JW image as an avitar instead of your catwoman, be aware, the image has to be a certain size or it won't work. Post the image here, or tell me what you want and I'll try to find it.

Here is a link to some images that I have provided for avatars to the members here Free John Wayne Avatars (http://www.angelfire.com/zine/timetraveler/avatars/avatars.html). As you can see, they are small. If your image is too big, then you might want to use it in your signature.

Anyway, I would be glad to help.

Never give up! If you wish to link to my avatars, let me help.
1. Go to your profile, click edit profile
2. Click Edit Avatar Settings
3. Click your image avatar. then put in this URL http://www.angelfire.com/zine/timetraveler/avatars/
4. That will link the avatar to the message board. Now pick the avatar you want.
5. When you find the avatar, put your pointer on it, then click the right button on your mouse.
6. A small box will appear. On the bottom it should say Properties.
Click the left button on properties.
7. Now another box will appear, called properties. The name of the image is below to the right of a small picture that looks like a stamp. The name will look like "14.jpg"
8. Put the name of the image on the end of the URL. Then click add this avatar tol my profile button. That should do it.
