I am a little late today, but it would be James Stewart's 99th birthday! He was born on May 20, 1908.

If Duke was not my favorite star, it would be James Stewart. He is some actor and all around man. I didn't realize that he died almost 10 years ago at 89. Maybe you can share some of the movies that you like from Stewart.

My favorite movie from him is It's A Wonderful Life. Just a delightful movie, and I have many many more I do like. There is Rear Window, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, The Far Country, Harvey, . . . . . .

Too numerous to list all of 'em but at the top of my list are "Shenandoah", "Bandolero" and "The Man From Laramie". Also really liked "Winchester '73" and "Broken Arrow".

One of my favorites was The FBI Story. He would have made a good fed.
