New Years is just around the corner, and it's time for our annual New Years chat. We invite everyone to drop in and say hello, if you have the time. We usually have a great turn out for this annual event.

The New Years chat gathering has been done every year since January 2006, so I guess this is the second annual New Years chat. But it seems like we had it on earlier new years but the years all run together for me so I can't remember.:headbonk:

Seriously, some hotels have internet access for their guests. I posted to the message board back in '03, when we went to Tombstone for Duke's 96th birthday, from the motel lobby, where they had a computer for the guests.

Well, due to seriously bad weather being forecasted, we made an "executive decision" to not run the hot dog cart this weekend, so I will be available Saturday at noon local time!

I would like to thank everyone who had a chance to drop in for the chat session today. It was another great time, and again we had a great turnout.

We may do another official chat sometime in the summer, sort of a mid-year chat. We'll keep you posted.

Kinda like amateur night at the comedy club. Yesterday was a blast and I can't wait to do it again.

We were certainly hampered by power outages! We were sure glad our local K-Mart has public computers for Internet access!! After we got home, we got booted more than once with the power continuing to go out (after having been out for over 30 hours straight).

The jokes were great (SO corny, but SO funny - yeah, we've got a strange sense of humor :hyper: ), and the company was wonderful. It was a lot of fun, chatting with folks from around the world. smokey from Australia, H.sanada from Japan, DukePilgrim from the UK, a bunch of us from the US (scattered from coast to coast) - yep, a good time had by all!
