Hello.

This is Ermal from Duke's Hollywood Cowboys and I'm in Branson, Missouri performing as John Wayne and Gary Cooper in a two-hour production at the Owens Theater. If you're close by, come on by and see me. The first hour is a tribute to Coop and the second hour is a tribute to Duke.

Interesting - people are becoming re-acquainted with Cooper through my performance and they are coming away revitallized by watching both legends "live". A lot of "new" Gary Cooper fans come out of it.

Several members of Duke's Hollywood Cowboys are coming out October 16-19 to see the perforrmance and appear with me on stage. We will also be taking in other shows and those with "guts" will go in wardrobe as their favorite cowboy or cowgirl character. We'll certainly walk down Main Street as a group. Good to hear from you old friend. I see that you are still doing your lifes dream. How would you compare the reception that you receive now from the younger generation in comparison to several years ago? Do you find the same patriotism?

Do you remember CaptainNarco from a couple of years ago. He lived in Titusville Florida. He wanted to meet you face to face aboard the Wild Goose. Well he didn't quite make it, but I will bet that he is sure enjoying your show from above. If you can, you might dedicate one performance to CaptainNarco, a true John Wayne fan, I am sure he would be darn proud.

Well, I'm here and I'm going to try and figure this "critter" out as to how to answer some questions.

In answer to yours about the airport in Branson, this is a very all-important question because you don't want to fly into Springfield. It'd cost you a shirt. You'd best want to fly into Kansas Cityor St. Louis, rent a car and drive the rest of the way. You'll save hundreds of dollars that way - so I'm told.

Branson is in the middle of the Ozarks - south end of Missouri.

We're having the DHC'ers in Oct. 16-19th and will be going places together as a bunch. Looking forward to having you here. Most motels are $29.95 per night. Best Western is $60-70 - with 20% discount for seniors.
