Were you aware that James Dean was in a John Wayne movie? In the movie Trouble Along the Way with Duke and Donna Reed, Dean had a part in the 1953 movie as a Football Spectator. It was an uncredited part. I am not sure where in the movie Dean makes his scene, but after looking in the James Dean filmography, I found his name listed.

I thought you would have found this interesting.

It is not certain if he was in the completed film or even if it was edited out. If I remember correctly he was supposed to be one of the studentss in a food diner, I don't think he is visible on screen.

I've seen this movie a few times, and didn't know if I ever seen him or not. When I get the time, I'll look. It is mentioned that he was a spectator at a game. But I'll check to see if what you say is the actual scene which was probably cut out.
