This coin was minted by the Amercian Treasury Mint in Philadelphia in 1979. The coin is certified and is a commemorative golden edition John Wayne Medal. A friend of mine asked me how much it was worth and I was curious if anyone knew anything about it? The registration number certificate is with the coin. Please get back to me on this. The coin is in excellent condition and with all the paperwork. Thanks.
