I know there was Yakima Kanutt ,George Montgomery but the third can't remember his name. :huh: Hondo Duke Lane February 21st, 2003, 05:45 PM You might be talking about Chuck Roberson who was Wayne's stunt double for nearly thirty years. He died on June 8, 1988 of cancer. He started in "The Wake of the Red Witch" in 1948. But I joined to tell you that there is a man who lives in my town of Bellaire Michigan named Johnny Thunder who I know for a fact was a stunt double for John Wayne.
