My name is Phil Fioresi and I am trying to find out if I own one of John Waynes cars, about 3 months ago I bought a 1965 cadillac convertable which I believe to have been originally bought by John Wayne, I bought it from a business in San Francisco which the manager of 26 years informed me that John Wayne had donated it to them . I have read that John Wayne was the owner of a 1965 cadillac convertable which was white in color the car is now black but was definitally white when built by cadillac .It has the original plates and I hope to find out from the DMV but they have not given me any help as of yet do you have any info or know of any pictures taken of John Wayne in his 1965 cadillac with the license plate showing .Thanks for any help you can provide
