I am new to this website. I'm 38 years old, and have been a fan and collector of John Wayne for 30 of those years.
The Alamo made me become a John Wayne fan.

I am interested in finding his out of print...or never in print movies. I have a long list, and am only missing a few.

I too am a collector of John Wayne films. Most are available on either VHS or DVD and are easy to find on the net or television. If you need any refrences to find a movie, I or some other member will be glad to help.
Right now though, only two movies are impossible to aquire, "The High and the Mighty" and "Island in the Sky". Any of these two movies you find on the net will be a bootlege copy and in very poor watchable condition. So I would avoid these two movies being sold on websites like eBay. Look at the discussion of "John Wayne Movie available", were there was a hot discussion going on about this problem. Oh by the way, I have found the "THATM" is one of the most requested movies of John Waynes. Go to Amazon.com, look up this movie and read the reveiws.

Have you checked out www.MoviesUnlimited.com? They have a pretty huge selection of movies on both VHS and DVD, and their shipping is very reasonable. You can do a search by title or actor. They also have a link specifically for out of print movies.
