another question.
I bought a copy of "The Shepherd of the Hills" off E-bay, the only problem with it is
that instead of being in color it's in black and white. Was this movie released in black and white on vhs or have I been suckered.
Thanks

Hm-m-m-m . . . I pulled out my copy of The Shepherd of the Hills, and the first line on the back of the box says, "In his first Technicolor film, John Wayne stars in the tough guy role of Matt Mathews, a young hillbilly moonshiner." It is a Universal Cinema Classics release. Sounds to me like maybe you got taken. Anybody else know anything about this??
If you haven't already left feedback, I would first read the auction description carefully and see if it mentions black and white versus color. I would contact the seller, and tell them the movie was originally released in color, and you are not happy with the black and white, and see how they want to resolve the issue. Check the seller's feedback - do they have pretty good feedback, and lots of it? PM me if you would like more help with this issue.
