Well, Keith, we need about a thousand more members, LOL! Not sure if I asked you, but can members of THIS ONE not be members of JWMB? If not, I will just direct them to FB. Have to go and check that out. Pretty sure I joined and know that I LIKED EVERYTHING.....heck, that might have been Patrick's page? But, I DO KNOW that after reading what I had here, I posted, on Maureen's page here all about her new pics that were 6 hours old and everything. Told Sue how they had thanked USA more than once, she was surprised, etc. I am in for the long haul. Just need to get some of our others in for it also, and get all of the members who like JW, Maureen O'hara, Ward Bond, let's don't forget John Ford for whom this project was his dream and he had to do a bunch of pics to get to do it, and all the rest to LIKE and Join here and on FB. It costs them NOTHING, and it will REALLY help to keep Duke alive forever around the world. Not only that, but the more LIKES and MEMBERS we have, the better fulcrum we have with outside funding groups. And they are very necessary unless we find a multimillionaire who will leave everything to it, LOL! Heh, stranger things have happened.....just have to get it out into the public!~Today Show, things like that.
OK Keither, your turn. I would like to start a separate Thread to get folks to LIKE and just CLICK to be members. What do you think? I will be the one to talk to folks, of course will ask all of them to talk to their friends. What say oh Master of White O Morn? Gotta get it going somehow? KP KEITH Or you do it. I don't sleep much either, LOL! I think that part of our contract with the Irish end will be that there will have to be a rather extensive display, like one room, devoted to the Western part of DUKE and maybe even his other pics, like the war ones. Check my page soon....will be posting pics of MOM in the Navy in WWII! PROUD, you can't even imagine! My Grandfather was a colonel in WWII after serving in WWI. Too old for WWII, so they sent him to Hollywood to make war propoganda movies as a Colonel. I am sure he must have met Pappy....they might have even been friends.....my Grandpa's name was H. BOOZER Payne, Jr., LOL. When Mom went to meetings in the states...she was a LT in command of a bunch of women in the Bronx, she sat between Patton and Bull Halsey. Of course depended on the meeting. But, although she was known to pick up some "cuss" words, she said her ears about burned off sitting between those two. I would give anything for a picture of her between them, LOL! Sorry, off topic again...30 lashes. What is funny is that I must really have about 160 postings or more.....I put too many on the same page. Well, when I get to writing I just put down what comes into my head. I WILL try to do better Keith.

Great Keith. If everyone could SHARE it from the site, and you can also go to my site KEITH PAYNE and SHARE what I posted, we might get a whole lot of LIKES, and that is what we need. Have all of yall gone and "LIKED" the site? If so, it will add a number and show your picture. If not, it sure would help out if you did. Thanks from DUKE and MAUREEN....especially Maureen as we are hoping to get the cottage restored in time for her to see it and be able to walk around in it. I have been trying to stay current with the progress of any and all efforts to restore the cottage and I note that the White O'Morn Foundation USA on Facebook has had no posts or updates since early in August. They did not even acknowledge Maureen's birthday on August 17th. I have written to Robert Tuttle and he does not respond. A friend told me that Mike Ward has made tremendous strides and is working with the Irish Government successfully and a restoration is definitely in the distant future. Do you have any accurate info in regard to this progress?

Unfortunately, due to ill health, Bob has resigned from the foundation.
Obviously his departure from our cause, is a serious blow,
and we are currently considering our position.
Whatever our decision, we are committed to
seeing through the restoration of the cottage,
even if in a support role.

Hello June, As you will see, the last post was mine. I offered to help with setting up the foundation and publicity, but I wished to build our "likes" on facebook and the site. So, I contacted your organization and it was posted that only Mike's group was affiliated with you. I joined Mike's organization and have "spoken" with him on FB. I doubled our "likes" on FB mainly with my contacts. But, I couldn't get anything put on the page that I needed to have. I had lawyers lined up who were considering handling our legal issues on a gratis basis, so we could devote our efforts into fundraising, etc. "Colorado Bob" was to be my contact. After quite a few emails, he "disappeared", and I wasn't able to find out what happened. Also, two other members involved stopped posting completely and when called by me on the cell phone, wouldn't answer. That is all that I know except that, if you will back our organization publicly on Maureen's magazine and FB site, I will gladly offer my services again. None of us were able to get through to you or Maureen....we were put off. Would love to help, but we need to be recognized to even get started.

Sure hope he is better soon. I have tried asking everyone that would know, and have not gotten any answers. I put a tremendous amount of time into this to have it come to nothing. Hopefully, someone is carrying the ball somewhere. If not, I would be glad to pick it up again....just need the acknowledgement to get anywhere. Thanks, KPKEITH
