    Hi,

Maureen, is the star, in this utter load of tosh,
but a great fun film, to watch.
As the review says, you can't get any more radiant
than Mo, so here we go!!

    Glorious technicolor, Radiant Maureen O'Hara!,

The costumes, locations, and action make up for the thin plot in this story of a princess in search of her father's murderer. True, there are holes in the story, Maureen O'Hara as a red-haired Turkish princess takes a stretch of imagination, but the look of the film is wonderful. Vincent Price, as always, makes a menacing villian. One wishes there was more romance, however. A good time, nonetheless.

Can you try that again Arthur?

Something must have happened with the picture. It didn't come out.

Shot in California, this adventure film was very successful. This is the first film with Universal, which bought part of the contract of Maureen with RKO ...
