Hi All
2 hour documentary on John Wayne is on Biography Channel on Saturday evening and repeated twice again on Sunday.
I think it is likely to be A&E documentary but you never know. If you havent seen it it is a great programme well worth taping.
Other item of interest is that Red Badge of Courage is on TCM Sunday morning.

Hi Pilgrim. If you get a chance to see it, it's a very good movie. IMO, the Duke did an excellent job of acting in that one.
Thanks for the heads up Mike. I will try to catch it sometime over the weekend. I hope its not playing in the afternoon on Sunday. I for some reason have this thing for NASCAR that even I cannot figure out why I like watching it. I am not even from nor do I live in the southeast US where it is really huge.

Hi Viper it is UK Biography Channel but Im sure it will air in US this year.

I remember the John Wayne bio being shown some time ago. It should be about time for it again.
It is a great show well worth watching.
