    Paul Scofield R. I. P.

    Paul Scofield passed away today.

He was best known for his role as Thomas More in a Man for All Season and for being married to the same woman for 64 years.

God bless you Paul, may you rest in peace.

    Rest in Peace Paul.

I best remember you as the German Infantry Oberst who was in charge of transporting a French are collection in the excellent movie: The Train. I remember you in other roles as well and were always a favorite.

    Hi

Its been a bad week for English actors and directors with Anthony Mingella passing away at the begnning of the week and the actors Brian Wilde and Paul Schofield later.

Both were fine actors in their own fields.

    Regards

    Arthur
