"I am not intoxicated - yet." McLintock!
We had a pretty good time together, when she wasn't trying to kill me!

tj, this information comes from a Mexican fan
and Mexican movie buff.
It is also verified on the internet.
Gail Russell died on 26 August 1961
She died alone in her apartment in Los Angeles, California, USA.
surrounded by empty liquor bottles of a heart attack

Great pictures never seen those before a Hispanic woman in love can be quite jealous and really for no good reason I know first hand I am married to one. It was meant for them to part ways and good for us he would have ended up protecting himself landed in jail smart man he got out of it
NOT THE BRANDY YOU DOPE!
I was curious about the date of death controversy on top of this page and googled her. There are sites that have '56 and some '61. Seems to be 61 is the most prevalent..but while looking I found her IMDB profile and guess who was in three of the five Spanish movies she was in?
Pedro Armendáriz who in fact had the lead in her last movie Guadalajara in 1943.
The rest of you may have known this but it was new to me.
Thanks for spotting this
and for further reading, here is our dedicated thread
